1. Return Window

  • For customers in India and other countries, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • For customers in the European Union, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Contact@clikncarry.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 -15 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
